UO Second Age

I've been fishing now for about 2 weeks with my current character. the skill rate has gone up succesfully a little at a time at a steady rate since I started. My problem is I'm stuck on 93.2. I've been fishing now for over at least 6 hours worth of real life time and I've not gained .1 skill point since 93.2

I've checked to make sure I don't have 700 skill points so thats not an issue, also my indicater is raised in the up position so that my skill CAN go up. So what do you think could be my problem? I'm not sure but I really want to be a GM fisher. Please help ?

If you're still fishing from shore, you'll have to move to deep water to progress any further
