UO Second Age

I regularly kill lich lords, but I've never seen this before. Is it rare? I only recall seeing these regularly after AoS when they become necro regs.

All the necro regs from AoS were old schoold rare drops....

Earth Eles had Fertile Dirt
Reapers (I think) had Deadwood
Blood Eles had Vials of Blood

Something carried the executioner cap, I dont really remember what, Corpser I think. I remember having quite a few though.

This is what I remember off the top of my head. It all got so screwed up with UO:R and everything after, it is hard to remember what was what.
