I just recently added a vendor to a house behind Rip guild tower witch is a few screens east of yew bank.
It is a magic weapon vendor, well stocked over 100 Vanq/Power weps few silver also all priced cheap only 1 item over 10k the vendor itself is named Rutherford.
Hit it fast anything left on this vendor after 1 week will be sold to the vendor.
