UO Second Age

Hello,
I'm new for this shard and most of all to the pre-AoS UO. I have a few questions:
First - is there a vendor that sells scrolls (other than recall, gate and mark) where i can check the average price for some spells
Second - is the chance to cast spells the same as in the AoS and later, i mean +2.5% per 1 point in magery above the minimum required skill?
Third - somewhere i read that a spell casted from a scroll is calculated as if the caster has +40 magery?
Fourth - where can i see the minimum requred skill for casting certain circle? (in case they are different from what they were in AoS)
Last - what is the mana regen with and without meditation (what is the formula)

It's not exactly 2% per point (http://wiki.uosecondage.com/?title=Magery)

It's calculated as though the spell that's being cast from a scroll was 2 circles lower. So casting a level 6 scroll will have the success rate you'd have at casting a level 4 spell, for example.

Not sure what the formula is for meditation. I know it's 1 point per second at GM Meditation and 100 INT.
