Razor not displaying resources on Ultima Online upper window

I downloaded the entire UOSecondage package (which includes Razor 1.0.12) but for whatever reason I cannot get it to display my regeants, potions, etc... on the top window. Anyone else experience this?
Here is my razor syntax:
UO - {char} {crimtime}- {mediumstatbar} {bp} {bm} {gl} {gs} {mr} {ns} {ss} {sa} {aids}

disable aero interface in vista/7
or
<@Derrick> razor counters in Vista&Win7: right click razor shortcut -> properties -> compatability -> check "disable desktop composition"

i am using vista and never did anything special and it works.......

Check that, it worked perfectly but now I'm riddled with lag.
It doesn't seem to like the fact I've stretched my screen size to 1100 by 800 because objects which are further than the standard full size screen lag and often leave black spots.
Blast this inferal game!

yeah peoples random errors are crazy. i just put vista into a VM and zero problems at all. no razor cliloc errors or anything else. yet i have had those problems before just the same... very odd.
thats not really lag, it looks slower but its really not.. the graphics for the entire screen just arent loading yet...

Change to classic view in windows. Aero and others will obscure your diplay.
