seriously...obviously all the deforestation is killing the wildlife (I mean jeez...EVERY tree has been chopped).

Just to give buyers a warning.

This house has good scenery and is in a good spot(not inside a jungle, swarmp or on ice island) but keep in mind that it does have a medium spawn.

I had walked across this area many times and even just now there was an orc, 2 alligators, and 2 snakes in front of it.

Keep in mind you get a medium jungle spawn since it's on the outskirts of the massive trinsic jungle = )

But good spot, so just pay a bit less than the market for a scenic large house since it has a medium spawn but it shouldn't be as cheap as a swamp house by any means.

how ever a good buying point for a red would be your about 3 or so screens from Zsv tower
