Not really sure, but it's probably the most damage a player can hit for compared to any other weapon. (Mabye heavy-x is stronger but if so, it doesnt get the tactics bonus)

with anatomy and 120 strength, I wouldnt be surprised if that thing hit for around 70
on my anatomy tank I was getting 50 point hits with a halberd of force and lightning

How much if you don't mind me asking? Or at least a rough range if possible. I have a +15 Vanq on the market and wouldn't mind knowing the latest hally prices.

A vanq heavy xbow will hit harder than a +25 vanq halberd, on average. For a tank mage (100 STR, 100 Tactics, 0 Anatomy), you're looking at an average of 36 damage for the heavy and 35 damage for the halberd.

Adding 100 Anatomy will add about 4 damage to each. Going from 100 to 120 STR will add less than 1 damage, on average. Like around .7 or so.

The heavy xbow has much more constant damage, since it's roll includes 5d10's. The Halberd includes 2d23, so much more variance. 1 out of 529 hally hits would hit for the maximum damage, which would be 57 damage for a tank mage (again, 100 STR, 100 Tactics, 0 Anatomy).

For the heavy xbow, it would take 1 in 100,000 hits to hit for the maximum which would be 55 damage. (Why is the max higher for a halberd? Because at higher damages, the tactics modifier becomes increasingly impactful.) Of course, if you want to bump it down to the similar chances of a big halberd hit... about 1 in 1,000 heavy xbow hits would do 48 damage for a tank.

The price for this item is almost entirely unrelated to your weapon, because of the novelty of this item. i.e., it's triple-perfect (+25, vanq, indestructable), plus the lightning charges. Yours is the weapon a PKer will take out hunting. His weapon will be displayed like a rare, and used during server wars.

I'd say you can expect 25-50k for your +15 vanq. He probably got well over 250k for this.

I am also very curious how much this badboy sold for. I don't care who has it, just what the rate was =).

Matron told me 90k to BoT which made me lol, I'd have payed twice that.
