UO Second Age

Hello,
I'm trying to gain in meditation but i'm kind a stuck at 33.0 skill. I use the magic wizards hat macro and have 61 inteligence but i don't seem to gain anything. Can someone give me an advice. I saw a lot of macros posted but the one with the bottles of alchohol didn't make a single gain. The alchohol dropped my mana to about 11-15 and i always fail in skill check (and never gain).

My understanding is that meditation works roughly on a percentage of your available mana. So you have 33 Med, and 61 Int. You want to get your mana to decrease 33% of your total, so around 40 mana. So I guess cast a level six spell, or two level fours. Something like that. You'll need to adjust this as you gain med and INT. That's my experience, anyway.

Yeah, just train magery and wait for mana to be around what mana level you should be attempting at before trying to med.
