And a Real Estate agent will tell you to drop it on him.
When you do, you will get ALL your money back.

err I think he took a picture, like literally took a pic of his monitor with his camera that is probably why the image looks so high contrasted.
As for your deed, go to a carpenter and drop it on him , you do get full refund back. This is why people use deeds as money transfer because it is considered as a "cheque"
