What's the difference between having these skills at 100 vs. having them at say 40 or 70?

You're going to fail less if you have them at 100 versus 40 or 70.

Thnx for the reply. I'm working on my crafter(s) and wanted to know if it was just the issue of failing or actually not being able to display the item's properties correctly or completely.
