did it ever occur to you that I dont trust a broker? someone like GK has probably done 100 deals on here, do you think if some nobody like me came on the forums saying he ripped me off anyone would believe me?

no one calls blackfoot a scammer when he wants to broker his own property sales so i atleast expect that much if your not interested, fine.

if you can find 150k in your bank account and a little faith in humanity in your heart you can be the owner of this nice little peninsula.

I am sorry but I can not justify handing over 600+k to someone with 11 forum posts, no proof of ownership of said houses, no feedback, no previous deals, no other info about themselves to give me any reason to trust them.

Your expectation of instant cred on here and the ability to broker a 3 house deal is out of the question from my persepctive. I have the money, will gladly buy, but I would require some type of 3rd party, references or something other than "trust me".....thats the last thing Enron investors ever heard as well.

Help me find a way to buy your houses, as I can pretty much guarentee NO ONE reading this will do this deal without a broker.

Any suggestions anyone?

My Broker services are free atm, so he has no excuse not to use one.

Problem is friend, you want the help of the forum "Community" to get a better price / faster sale of your property. but you are unwilling to abide by our rules. its not a 1 way street. The brokers will not cheat you over, we have worked long and hard to achieve that standpoint. AFAIK There has never been a big-time scam on these forums becuase of these rules, and all the brokers have been "Good boys".

free or not, theres really no reason at any time to use a broker.. in a virtual world..

Ive handled 12 million gp deals. There is no deal big enough to ruin my reputation over let alone a tower
