UO Second Age

You probley see this everyday of new players trying to get free stuff but i can insure you, im not new, to UO that is. I played uosecondage about a year ago, had a house, had good chars, then i sold the house and had to leave UO for awhile. Well, now im back but with a suprise. My account where suspended. hm? I log into a newb account, page a GM and get them unsuspended, unfortunity, when they do go in suspense because to many accounts where created ??? they delete everything on that account and suspend it. Welp here i am. With a newbie char, starting all over, round 2. Anything that anyone can help me with would be appreciated. Im not begging. I'm just saying, hook a old player up Thanks for reading.

I don't have a problem getting a little help to anyone .. but seriously this to me sounds strange and to me doesn't sound like standard practices.. I could be wrong .. I do know for a fact that accounts will never be deleted .. however like you said supended I can easily see for what ever reason .. but to wipe your accounts .. this just truly seems odd that this could happen and you not being aware of the reason .

Was it Derrick you spoke with .. if not maybe send him a pm via forums. Anyways again always welling to help some one get started out . Let me know in what ways you need help to get restarted.

If Derrick can confirm truth in your post then I might throw you a few k, to buy skills, horse, katana and whatnot.

We have never wiped any accounts. It's my suspicion that you've mistyped your username.

Yes the account was suspended and all chars where deleted. I don't know who helped me but whoever it was i know was riding a green frenzy and a green robe, i did not catch the name.But i can insure you, all chars where deleted and everything was lost and that person who helped me can confirm that.

Did anyone have access to your account .. thus able to delete your chars. pretty sure Derrick wasn't mistaken when saying they have never wiped an account (staff) though anyone with account access can do this.

We intentionally don't even have simple access to delete characters off an account, only the entire account.

I just verified that not only does what looks like your primary account have characters on it over 18 months old, that it was also logged into today, your other two accounts are empty. I have also found the IP address of the deleter of your characters on your other 2 accounts, and it was not staff; likely someone you shared your account information with.

I appreciate your distress of having two accounts cleaned out, but my response here is in assurance that we do not delete characters off accounts for any reason.

Your accounts were banned, likely becuase they were being accessed by other people.
