Southfacing clock frame missing (again)
South facing clock frames seem to me missing again from the tinkering menu. Dunno what happened with them but tinkers don't seem to be able to create or rotate them anymore. =/

Thanks for the bump. It's possible to make clocks from either facing of clock frame, however the south facing ones were not producible. In the next patch, making a clock frame will yield a east or south facing.
