Bulk arrows or bolts

I have arrows and bolts. 4 per for arrows and 4 per for bolts. Selling in 1k bundles. Pm or leave a message here. I can meet at the follow banks: West Brit, Moonglow, or Yew.

Why the price difference?
Aren't they made with the same materials?
Never made either so correct me if I am wrong, just curious.

They are but the NPCs charge more for bolts. I'm willing to do 4 per on either.
