UO Second Age

I'm new here, not even a week old.

I've lumberjacked for maybe 6-10 hours and have only gotten 15 points. I started at 50.

Does this seem correct?

I'm used to playing on those shards where the skill gains are really fast.

I just want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. I know... kinda hard to screw up chopping trees...

That seems normal, I have probably gotten over 50k logs and still not even past 70.
So that seems normal.

Keep at it, logs are an easy/safe way to make money when starting out.

Lumberjacking is a difficult skill to raise, more-so time consuming I suppose. Same as mining.

Thanks you two. That definitely makes me feel better about it. I'll just stick with it.

By chance, do either of you, or anyone else, knows what the timer is for trees to reset?
