looks like it can fit a keep?

Doesnt look possible to me, but I have not tried. Price remains same.

Tried on test. That tower is actually placed on a bit of a bump in the terrain somehow. This bump prevents the keep it looks like.

Feel free to check it out yourself, but a tower looks like all it can do.
