Selling small mining house west of brit. The farm land behind the house is guard zone, one screen to the left are the mountains. Very nice place to set up a mining operation. It has a forge on the stairs, which you can no longer place..

Pretty quiet area except for miners... but never any trouble really.

No spawn really... it's nice.
