Plotted course and the Tillerman

I dun know if I should have posted this in the bug reports section, but I dun wanna' look like an idiot if I'm just doin' something wrong... ;)
Ok, so I've been through all of the sources I could think of except the UO Demo, and this is what I understand should work in T2A. One should be able to plot a course on a map (a "map of The World" for instance) and then hand it to the Tillerman of the boat you're on to be able to let the Tillerman navigate to the different pins you have marked. Currently on UOSA the plotting works, the commands to the Tillerman work, but I can't seem to get the Tillerman to accept my map. How am I able to "show" the course I've plotted to the Tillerman? I believe it should be as simple as dragging the map onto the Tillerman.
So, what am I doing wrong? Is this not supposed to be in T2A? Or is it perhaps just not implemented? Could it be a bug?
