Plotted course and the Tillerman

I dun know if I should have posted this in the bug reports section, but I dun wanna' look like an idiot if I'm just doin' something wrong... ;)

Ok, so I've been through all of the sources I could think of except the UO Demo, and this is what I understand should work in T2A. One should be able to plot a course on a map (a "map of The World" for instance) and then hand it to the Tillerman of the boat you're on to be able to let the Tillerman navigate to the different pins you have marked. Currently on UOSA the plotting works, the commands to the Tillerman work, but I can't seem to get the Tillerman to accept my map. How am I able to "show" the course I've plotted to the Tillerman? I believe it should be as simple as dragging the map onto the Tillerman.

So, what am I doing wrong? Is this not supposed to be in T2A? Or is it perhaps just not implemented? Could it be a bug?

I've never done it but it should work, and I think it needs to be a sea chart, not a world map.

From my understanding it could be any map as long as it contains a body of water. I don't have a cartographer atm, is it possible to make "sea charts", cuz they can't be bought at the NPCs.

Yeh, I tried to purchase a sea chart, but it wasn't available at the NPCs, and since I don't have a cartographer, I couldn't check it myself.

I replied in IRC, but u where busi with pwning in PvP (I heard u killed some ppl and they where whinin' about et on IRC), and later asked if anyone has a cartographer, but no replies... Still havn't been able to test this with a "sea chart" yet.

Ok, I finally got a hold of a "sea chart", but I was in the middle of the ocean between Serpents and Occlo and the chart was for moonglow (a sea chart is nothing more than a little bit more detailed map than the world map from my understanding). I tried the map at once, but same thing there, the Tillerman would just ignore me. So I headed for Glow the northern way. Getting close to Glow, close enough that the location where I was, was included on the map, I stopped and let the Tillerman have a look at the map, and sure enough, he accepted the map and would respond to the charted navigational commands. The funny thing is, that after having accepted the "sea chart" he would also accept the regular world map. That means that any map with a body of water can be used, it was just somehow bugged for me. I'm now sailing after the pins plotted on my world map, and hope I can keep it up. If I manage to replicate my results of failure, I will let you know.

Thank you all for the assistance.
