I can offer tower deed + small deed to 100k depending on the location. After 3 days of roaming the map I'm done looking. I would prefer a broker but I have no idea who is trustworthy on this server.

If the tower is in a good enough location I also have a +25 Halbred of Vanquishing that I'd be willing to throw in as well.

I have one in the swamp below destard.

i have a patio taking up a tower location on ice island, 10 seconds from honesty if you're still looking.

I have not bought one yet, but I haven't got a price from anyone either. Does anyone on this server actively broker houses? I haven't seen anyone post about it in the last few days.

Blackfoot, Guardian Knight and Halogen are the 3 people I know of that are trustworthy. Ive done business with alot of good ppl but those guys are the ones Ive seen doing brokered deals or ive dealt with them.

Thanks any idea what type of fee they charge?

I would only trust blackfoot/wise/tabius/Kryptonical to broker a house deal. Some of these other "brokers" are caught up in some unmoral things.

Well I'm willing to pay an extra 10k, if thats acceptable, to any of the brokers Matron mentioned. On top of the tower deed + 100k. I'd like to get this transaction completed as soon as possible at this point I don't really care where the tower is I just need a price and a time.

I know I retired, even though I still hold a 100% track record. Ive never had a bad sale and ive done everything from junk to castles.

I too have a 100% track record, and have never had a deal go bad.

I do not actively pursue brokering at all, and am always happy for other trusted players to do the brokering out there, but will normally broker if asked.

Although I haven't been here as long as many, I have been trusted as buyer, seller or broker in several transactions of over 900k, as well as a good number of tower value or above, and a large number of smaller deals, every one of which have been completed honestly and with no complaints by anyone involved.

Once again, I broker to help only....and no one I have done business with has ever had cause to doubt my honesty, integrity or trustworthiness.
