UO Second Age

im not sure what im doing wrong with my tmaps but i cant find the locations. im using the map library by vesper and recalling to the spots and confirming coords with a sextant, however when i try to dig i always get message cant mine here. i have 0 mining but i thought he would at least dig a couple times and find nothing when close but not on the spot.
these are all maps i decoded with the same char.

Use a shovel and target the treasure map, then target the ground.
Might work with a pickaxe too.
