Excellent Two Story L House SOLD

This house is located on a peninsula, there are 3 small houses around it however they are all owned by the same person (from what I can tell) who DOES NOT live there.
What I'm saying is you have a private L on a peninsula with essentially no neighbors to bother you.
A tower would fit here if you bought one of the small houses, however currently its a great setup for a private no spawn L house.
