Looking for Field PVP - Warring or Order/Chaos Guild

Hi,
I am relatively new to the shard, but I am searching for a good and active field PvP guild. Red/Blue/Orange makes no difference then me, but I don't want to mess around with stat loss, or chase around blue bards in dungeons, so the more orange targets the better.
I have a character and will supply all my own reagents/potions.
Ventrilo is a must for me in field fights, things get too confusing without it.
I am active between 8-12 CST on most weeknights in.
