I have purchased the house I am standing in front of thanks to Rammer. Smooth transaction and no broker used.

Well well well, I'm the owner of the left small house.
I'm attached to this house:
-i's my first house when I started UOSA
-it's a very good vendor place (made 50k within a week)
-I think you own the tower and the big house, and you are expecting to buy my house to place a keep or a castle over them.
So, if I sell this house, I'm asking for a good price.
Like 400k.
