Looking For Completely Secluded Keep

Like the title states, I would like to buy a keep that is completely secluded. It must meet the following criteria...
No aggresive spawn
Not in a congested player area
No houses in the immediate (or even kinda extended) area, unless you can sell them as well.
We can work on pricing after I decide I like your keep.
I prefer you pm me here or in irc as my final location the more privacy the better.
