i have full spellbooks for sale on my vendor, small house right behind yew bank mall patio house, vendor names gordy and grear.

watch out for K^A Mage Supplies which is near there aswell. The vendor stocks empty books as a scam.
(also as a side note, as far as i am aware this vendor actually has nothing to do with K^A as a guild)

indeed, that vendor is not owned by ka. there is a rune book of all our vendor houses on the second floor of the guild castle.
