Scavenger hunt dead end.

I'm at a clue now that says:

"You'll have to find your way here to get this one"

Look, I was going to type up a big paragraph about how this is a worthless clue and the scavenger hunt essentially stops at this point, but that's unnecessary. Anyone with a set of eyes can see that this clue doesn't lead anywhere.

The purpose of this clue is to turn the scavenger hunt from a process of following clues, to simply running EVERYWHERE that you'd have to "find your way to" and hoping that it's the correct location.

I paged and some GM said it was just a hard clue and wasn't meant to be easy. That's fine, I don't want it to be easy, but how can you possibly argue that this clue gives any meaningful information?

IMO, answers shouldn't be posted in forums....

Think about it. The riddle implies something deeper, or it wouldn't be a riddle. What area's do you have to 'find your way' thru?

****? I would argue that the clue also applies to most dungeons, which are shaped extremely similarly to the ****.

Also, the forest south of papua is like a ****. You'd certainly need to find your way through here.

Hell, if you were running north to the minoc passsage, you'd be finding your way there!!

Anyways, that's one hell of a leap... You must have tried quite a few places.

Wow it was the ****..

1) next time don't just give me the loc - i was having fun following clues through t2a and stuff until i ran into this retarded one. a hint would have been good ;)

2) i cant believe they expected people to connect that....

+1.

I got tripped up on the exact spot to trigger it. I spent a ton of time in the actual ****. But if you're saying a dungeon is difficult, it's probably because it's... '****like'?

And if can narrow it down to 3-4 spots, you're doing better than some clues. 'The dead live in this dead house in the jungle'. That's a ton of spots. The clue doesn't give you the exact one. It's a scavenger hunt ffs.

lol... to be honest this wasn't a very hard clue. you listed other probables but what other place is more ****-like (hence you gotta find your way) then the ****?!

yeah I'll echo Layt, FFS it's a scavenger hunt.

I'll at least lock it. I concur with the responses in this thread, I think it's valuable enough not to delete.

I think it was easy too, this is the only place in game called "maze", wind might be a close second for a maze clue.

This is the funny thing about scavenger hunts; the same clue can be incredibly easy, or incredibly hard for two different people.
