Tower and Small Yew Forest SOLD!

I am leaving for a bit, starting back to school in a week so my free time is going to be limited. I'm taking offers on my tower and the small that is right next to it in Yew Forest just south east of the farm. I'm selling both together with all the loot and addons. This is a great spot with hardly any spawn and only 1.5 screens from the guard zone.
I have 3 GM fishers so I have fished up a lot of MIB's. All weapons in the tower are vanq and power, all armor is invuln and fortification. There are ID, Lightning, Fireball wands and staffs. There is almost 600 bolts of cloth and over 700 piles of wool and some cotton. 20+ metal chests that are not in use and 20+ that are. Colored ingots and some wood, tools and utensils. 100 MIB's and things stuffed in chests.
Taking offers on it, when I get an offer I think is fair it's gone.
