Selling house right in front of KA guild castle

Bound to be trafficked by newbies. They tried and failed to place here when the house was condemned (due to their own inactivity). KA is very jealous of this house falling out of the guild.
House sits next to a nice apple tree, its currently covered in all sorts of goods.
Title of house is "LOL UNCLE FELIX WINS AGAIN".
Price is firmly set at 600k.
