Selling small house, literally two tiles off guard zone in Yew. It's just below the sheep pen and right next to Theograds shop. Theograds has good items for sale, plus public loom, wheel, forge, etc. Extremely helpful since Yew does not have these.

Private bidding encouraged, but not mandatory.
