1. About skills in this server i kan make all my skill to 100, and this is max?
2. About stats the best way to rise my stats and STR+DEX+ITN=350?
3. About rases what rases is in this server and what bonuses they have?

700 is the total, no skill can exceed 100.

The max with stats is 225, no stat can exceed 100.

Using skills, people practics camping,herding,mining ect to gain their stats. Take a look in the guide section of the forums, there are literally 100 guides on how to raise your stats.

You can have 7 skills at 100, this is max.
Stats are capped at 225 total. That means you can have 100/100/25 or distribute them anyway you want aslong as it doesn't exceed 225.
There are no races on this shard.

No, 700 total. It means you have 7 at 100 and all other at 0.0, or any other combination that does not exceed 700 real skill points total from all your skills.

Any which way you like. Depends on the character, but most will go with 100 STR, and then use the other 125 between INT and DEX depending on what they need. Regarding how to distribute them, when you are working your stats (by herding, lumberjacking, camping, etc.) and you reach your desired level for any one of the stats, you can lock it there, and it will stop gaining.

There are no give aways in this shard, you have to work (or macro) for every stat or skill point.
