Selling Mining House Short run from Destard and Skara Brae

This house has no neighbors, on the quieter side of destard away from PK's, little longer run north to Skara Brae, and east of an interesting location.
Starting bid small deed plus 5k
Buyout- 2 small deeds

what about spawn? what monsters if any spawn along the mountain side?

Working your way up you find some random spawn of ogre, ratman, orc, ettin. As you work down from the house there is very minimal spawn of aggressive monsters.
