Selling Small House close to Moonglow

I am taking any offers over a small house deed for a small house placed a few tiles from the guard zone on Verity Isle (Moonglow). The only spawn is an occasional rat, or bird. This house is perfect for some one just starting out because its only a few screens from the Grave yard and Moongate. This house could also make for a decent vendor house since its a few tiles from the guard zone and there are no hostile neighbors. Please either post offers, PM me or contact me on IRC.
