Selling Small House on Moonglow (Near Moongate) SOLD

Hi everyone. Selling this small house on Moonglow. I'd intended it to be a small store, but I'm busy enough at my main one. It's a nice location if you want a few vendors, or just a house near guards, bank, and moongate. Starting bid is deed +5k, to end at 9pm EST on Tuesday. I'll put a buyout at 150k in case someone really wants it.

So are you deed plus 20? Or deed plus 30?
