I'm at low to mid 90s and max I heal is like 40hp. I dont see 5-8 skill points adding much more but I dont know, maybe GM will yield 50 hp recovery.

Grandmaster Magery can yield heals as high as 50 damage.

AFAIK, eval is only used as a damage modifier.

The greater heal spell has a value of 40% magery and plus 1-10 hitpoints.

Thus at 90 magery you'd heal 37-46hp. At GM it would be 41-50hp.

Eval has no effect on
-Healing (max gheal is 50)
-Poison
-Weaken/clumsy/bless etc
-mana drain/vamp
-Paralyze duration
-evs,etc.
It only affects direct damage spells like Magic arrow, harm, ebolt, flamestrike etc.

eval doesnt effect EQ, which is a nice damage spell.
