Im no expert in UO house decorations...but ive built some cool stuff, like Aquariums and shelf units. I wanted an awsome stripping stage in the backroom of my tower but it only looks, Meh. Im looking for opinions and tips.

The idea is that the crystal balls are stage lights, the black cloth the stage, pole in the middle(obviously) the stacks of red and plain wool are supposed to be curtains in front of a changing area complete with boots and skirts etc. Does anyone think it looks like what its supposed to be? Anyone got a better idea for the pole? Mine is made of axel and gears stacked. Thought about those sleeping bag things for the floor(like blackfoots dojo) but when you overlap to remove seams its gets glitchy and i might devote a character to dancing in there.

Also if anyone has built anything cool on their Tower roof i'd like to see it or hear about it. Even if you just saw something cool once, lemme know. I think the roof is the next thing i might do.

maybe stacks of 1 gold (or silver) coins to form the stripper pole. Use communication crystals as the stage lights (they'll glow at night).

Here it is now...Is the extra row of crystals at the top too much?

My coins dont stack as well as the ones pictured, i think where ever those were done had the decorator tool that raises and lowers the items. Im not sure about torch pole, i think the coins look better.

The reason i didnt put two stacks of two cloth is because it gets a little glitchy and if i want a dancer up there it gets screwed up. I know you gotta comprimise with some things but if there is a way to avoid this and get a better look id like to hear it.

I think it's because in Andrea's night club she is using stacks of 2 gold coin!

try bedrolls stacked up as your curtains
use footstools, two on each tile underneath your black cloth for the stage. it will raise anyone on the stage up slightly
double up your black cloth, 2 stacks of 2 on each tile

fiddle with black-dyed oil cloth to cover the floor, see if that works.

take a stack of 2 cloth, put it on the floor. put a stack of 2 cloth directly on top of the stack just placed.

your old boring floor has now disappeared!

Yes sorry, folded cloth should serve the same purpose.
