I seem to remember these dropping very regularly in general and I haven't seen a single one on this shard.

I've seen people that have them. My point is that I haven't seen one drop yet, ever, but they were fairly common on Chessy back in 1998/1999.

They come from tmap chests, dungeon chests, and some town chests.

I'll sell you some if you want, also have orc masks, and magic orc helms. There are a ton around.

Mm I've been playing 3 months, I hunt every night from liches through to deamons, ice fiends through to ancient wyrms... and am yet to see a single deer/bear/tribal mask. I don't think they spawn on mobs here.

Orc masks can drop on orcs, but the rest are chest only.

I'm honestly not sure what they may have dropped on, chests are the only place I personally saw them in era

I never t-hunted and I went through a fair share of masks.. but honestly I can't say either where I got them from.

I definitely recall getting them(albeit rarely) from mobs in t2a. Terathans, cyclops, titans, ophidans...I definitely got deer/tribal/etc masks from them.
