wanted: house in trade

I got 2 gold trophies looks like a bird or something about 25k and a small house. Was looking to upgrade is this a good trade or am I just loco. Let me know without laughing me off the forums.

Golden birds are 5 points each
silver is half a point and sells for 7k each right now it seems .. so that would be very low about half price

if you could find someone to buy your trophys for 14k a point, and if my maths right, you have around 200k. Id say farm a little more and you will be about to upgrade. most houses are going for deed plus small

depends exactly what your looking for, im pretty sure there are still some spots out there, have a good look, if you find one, check it on test centre. Dont waste your money on an extra deed for some greedy wannabe property dealer.
