I really love it but I'm going to have very little time to play and I don't want to screw up a refresh and have it go down, so best that I sell it.

Hi Riant. I'm the fellow who owns the castle and tower. I'd be interested in buying your keep as it would complement my property.
There's a couple things I can offer...
1) Gold
2) Deeds
3) Other property
Let me know if you're interested. I'd be willing to bid the equivalent of 1 million gold.

Hey Amtrigan. I sent you a PM. In the interest of full disclosure I'll let everyone else know that since Amtrigan owns the Castle and Tower on that secluded strip I'm going to give him first dibs before I lower it to a castle deed, but I don't plan to do that for a while.
However, I will lower it the next level now (see edit at the top).
