Can we not teleport in the little spaces between the keeps?

Is this not possible anymore from outside the keeps? I use to do it all the time, but it seems I can't do it anymore. I even made sure that the space was empty and still seems I couldn't do it.
Was this patched? Or am I doin it wrong?
