I can't seem to keep pets - particularly frenzied and forest ossies in my stables even though the stable guy says you're good for 7 days. They never last 7 days. Just ran into a guy in Delucia who needed a mount and told him I'd give him an ossie. I had trained a green forest one like 3-4 days ago. Went to the stable and my only pet there was a renamed Giant Toad I tamed from a couple days ago. The number of frenzies that I've lost in Brit, Papua, and Delucia is scary.

My activity is real simple. One account, two chars although one 99% primary, and two houses with runes to wherever I need to go. I do a round every 3-5 days to refresh everything including stables.

Is something busted?

IIRC, you can only obtain a pet from the specific stable you put it in. So if you are stabling a lot of animals, you should keep a list of what is going where.

I know that which is why I use 3 stables - two in the lost lands since Delucia is full sometimes and the one in Brit to keep pets on the mainland for when I'm there and enter from Papua at the mage shop where you can't bring a pet with you.

I guess I'll just keep some detailed records to document this but it seems pointless since I know my own schedule - I play 7 days a week and travel between here and there.
