Small house near Brit Moongate

Selling this small house conveniently located near the Britain moongate (you can see the moongate in the far left of the radar), along the road to Britain. It's a great location, but I have too many projects going on and can't keep up supply. It does great for a shop for small items. An inscription vendor does fantastic, and I imagine an alchemy vendor selling bags of pots will do well also. Starting bid is deed plus 30k. I'll end the bidding on Saturday morning at 10am EST.
