Tower is Spirit Gate Spire

Even though the setup of his main room doesn't make much sense, mostly the right side - its still different and, for some reason, cool.
I say leave it alone too!!! Dont sell that tower!

That setup makes perfect sense. He can trash-barrel-section off different areas of the runebooks and gate from inside without anyone coming back in.
