UO Second Age

After downloading Razor on my friends pc(Windows XP) I try to run it. I've had problems in Razor before but not this one. But anyways after opening it, it says Razor has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Then on the bottom it says, If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

I figured it was just a corrupt file, so I uninstalled it, made sure I deleted all the files and reinstalled, still same problem. Anyone else have or has had this problem and knows how to fix it?

Many Questions .. what OS .. what service pack .. what dotnet frame work .. any thing else ya think might be related.

wow failure. Guess I thought I had .net framework 2.0 or higher but guess I didnt. lol anyways thanks
