No Neighbors (closest is screens to the East, and no you cant place any closer)
You can mine from inside
You can mine from the porch
It's close to places that people go, but

It is a very isolated spot with 0 foot traffic.

Looking for a legitimate transaction (this is on the forums afterall).

Well, I apologise for not providing coordinates, it's really not too close to anything to bother with, and I'm not one of those people to say "ITS 1 SCREEN FROM MOONGLOW", when it's actually next to the mountain on avatar island. (Note: It's not on avatar island, just an example)
