Property #3-Sale pending to OhSnap! for Deed+30k

This property is right on the Guardzone line, the closest to be found south of gypsy camp.

Starting Price on this one is deed +30k. Which is the price I paid for it.

Same conditions apply as above.

so here's the deal, me and two friends just started out on this server this week. We've been collecting resources to for start up money and a house to work out of. So far we got 7k igots and 3k boards. probably closer to 9k igots and 5k boards buy tonight. these resources we definately clear the deed + 10k when they sell. That might take a day though, so if you get a better offer, take it. but if you feel like being patient with noobs while they sell their stuff and it's not selling, we'll definately take it.
