What are you willing to pay? I have a "silver, eminently accurate mace" that gives +15 tactics. Never used, pulled up in a MiB.

I have a silver surpassingly accurate hammer pick of vanq, a silver club of force, and a silver surprisingly accurate mace of force if you are interested at all PM me here or in irc.
