REPORTED ISSUE: Tinkering - not being able to "murder" someone with tinker trap

ISSUE DETAILS: When a player opens a tinker chest and dies, no count can be given

ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: Windows Vista

STEPS TO RECREATE: Make GM EXP Tinker Trap with Dull copper ingots and NPC purchased boxes and NPC created regular potions. Open box with seperate character that is not red, prerma-grey, or grey

EXPECTED RESULTS: Death to character, no option to report murder

Tinkers that make a trap on their house floor will not get a count when an innocent dies from it.

Forgot to mention: All traps were made inside tinker's main bag - not on house floor.

Tested this two ways:
1. Trapped a chest that was laying on the floor of my tower
2. Trapped a chest laying on the ground in the middle of nowhere

Only #2 ended up flagging me as criminal and giving me the "You are attacking <name>" message. However, I was unable to report the murder.
This issue might also be linked to people being killed in town and unable to report their murderer.
