They can either go together or separate, no spawn around them, but there is spawn in the forest northwest of them. No neighbors except for Caswallon's Castle to the west. Bidding starts at deed + 20k for each, buyouts considered, it will end on Wed @ 7pm CST

very nice spot one of the best windmere locations and just like 15sec to vesper bridge.

not sure, coffee was before my time here, there is caswallon's to t he west and one to the north (about 2 screens), laden with nice rares
