No Insta-Log on Reds(ignore faust answered)

After reading a link Downs posted Reds should no longer be able to insta log in a house.

Other Changes
* Red players cannot insta-log from houses.

Read a few patches further down and it was reinstated.

The only reason that I even remember this is because it was actually patched in here for a brief period recently until looking into it further and found that it was actually reverted a few patches later.
