I'm training those skills for some time and now they dont raise anymore...

IIRC clothing/armor makes it easier to gain at the higher levels

well, my stealth is at 25 and its not going up
and I heard that RunUO doesnt have that requirement of changing cloths, it works only with OSI

dont have too but it does help to put on more stuff the higher you go

its recommended to wear newbie clothes 0-75 stealth. full studded leather suit 75-95. full studded + close helm 95+. i got up to 98 stealth in a few days following that

I tryed newb cloths and now the ring mail, and nothing.... the hiding is going up but the stealth is stuck at 25

Then you're problem is that either you have stealth locked or turned down, or you have 700 skills with nothing else turned down. The above method with cloth, studded and close helm works great.

move outside guarded zone for best gains to stealth

I actually put on a leather tunic starting around 35 skill and saw immediate gains once again.

well, so I think its a bug, cuz I created the char 2 days ago, I dont have 700 skill pts my hiding went up to gm normally but my stealth locked at 25, I tried everything from clothes to eating roast pig but my skill still locked.... if someone from the staff could take a look that would be great
